On 10th December we are running a ‘taster day’ that will begin to explore such a coherent and considered approach to address the challenges in the 21st century world of work. With a faculty that has a wide range of expertise from coherence, complexity, communication, vision creation and human physiology, we will facilitate a day of exploration that will introduce you to the emerging concept of ‘Human Adaptive Intelligence’.
Coherence Coherence is the critical idea whose time has come. Coherence is a thinking, feeling and doing mechanism that creates clarity around the subject’s vision (i.e. purpose and necessary direction), then uses adaptive intelligence to analyse the problems and barriers faced in achieving that vision. This, of necessity, includes us ourselves at its core; flaws, foibles and biases galore! Human Adaptive Intelligence creates a bridge between emotional intelligence, complexity theory and human physiology.
